Every Family Ambassador has a story — one rooted in trust, gratitude, and the moments that make a community feel like home.

Families choose to share their experiences because they’ve seen the difference firsthand: the comfort of knowing their loved one is cared for, the relationships built with staff and neighbors, and the peace of mind that comes from feeling supported every day. These stories are shaped by small but meaningful moments — a warm greeting, a helping hand, a shared laugh, or the reassurance that someone is always there.

For many families, becoming a Family Ambassador is a natural extension of their journey. It’s a way to give back, to recognize the care and compassion they’ve experienced, and to help other families feel more confident as they navigate their own senior living decisions.

Together, these shared stories reflect the heart of our community — a place built on connection, trust, and the belief that no family should feel alone in this journey.

And, the rooms are so bright and welcoming! We liked that you could enter the facility as an independent resident and as needed, extra services could be provided without having to move to a different room! Mom is very happy with the decision to move to Boulder Ponds!

The weekly activities provide something for everyone! Whether you just want to meet new friends or if you’re used to having an active social life, you can set your own pace!

Knowing that my husband would need more care than I could provide in the future due to an Alzheimer’s diagnosis, I placed him on the Memory Care waiting list after only a month of my mother being a resident of Boulder Ponds because I was confident that the facility would be the best place for him also. He is a resident of the Boulder Ponds Memory Care now.

Whether I’m walking in the Boulder Ponds front door, in an elevator or in a hallway, I am always greeted by each and every staffer I encounter! In addition, the nurses and aides are so caring for all of the residents. It takes a special kind of person to be an aide, (especially in the memory care unit) and Boulder Ponds does a great job of finding and hiring those special people!
